Because you have the RamBox on your 2016 ram 2500 short bed, you will need to use a fixed mounted hitch and a Sidewinder pin box. That is the only combination that works for the RamBox to give you turning clearances by moving the pivot point back 22 inches so you don't have contact between the RamBox and the pin box on your trailer when turning. I've attached an article to assist.

For your 5th wheel hitch, I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs # BWRVK3600. This is the strongest and best made hitch for your truck. It is a favorite for many reasons like the 1 inch thick jaws for better king pin contact, the easy 2 piece installation and removal, and it is made in the USA. This will work perfectly with the OEM pucks and then you can use the custom wedge # SWW-06.

To get the correct Sidewinder pin box for your trailer, you will need to look for the number that should be printed directly on your pin box. I've linked the page to your options to assist. If you need further help I've also attached an article with measurements to help you determine your pin box so you can cross-reference which Sidewinder pin box will replace it.
