7-Way Round to 6-Way Round Adapter Recommendation

This one says it’s flat will it still fit a round 7 pin even though it says flat?

Sounds like you are looking for an adapter like the part # HM47445 which will go from a 7-way round on a tow vehicle to a 6-way round on a trailer. I attached a review video for more info on this as well.
The adapter you referenced is for a 6-way round to a 7-way blade.
