Question:
My truck has the rectangular connection. I dont see an option to specify that. Is another connection piece needed to adapt?

I have an option for you, but there isn't a 5th wheel 7-way with a square connector to T-into the factory square plug on your 1999 Ford F-250.
What you'll need to use instead is the # C56000 which plugs in-between the 7-way and the harness currently plugged into your square connector.
