Does these Nerf bars come with plastic bracket covers

The Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-24130 that you referenced do come with step pad covers and the ends of the tubes are covered, but beyond that there aren't any other types of covers. The mounting brackets that attach the steps to the vehicle are powder coated.
