Dimension of Vertical Post Receiver for Lippert Flip Down Slotted Rack Tailgate Storage System
Question:
What size is the vertical post receiver in the middle of this storage rack? It looks to be smaller than a standard 2 inch post. I am working on a vertical post to fit this rack for my rv. Thank you

The vertical post receiver for the Flip Down Slotted Rack Tailgate Storage System # LC243621 actually doesn't follow the standard 1-1/4" or 2" receiver openings like you would find on a trailer hitch.
I pulled this part from the warehouse and found that opening to measure 1-5/8" both wide and deep (see attached photo).
