The correct RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit for a 2016 Ram 3500 is part # RAS3613-HD. This will work if your truck has single rear wheels as well as dual rear wheels, but please keep in mind it will NOT fit if your '16 Ram has factory top overload springs, and it is designed to fit leaf springs with the rear shackle that swings BELOW the rear eye.
