Torsion Axle Lift Kit for 3,500 lb Axle

Question:

I recently purchased a 2010 Starcraft model 1224. I have figured out that it is a Dexter single torsion axle, but cant find any legible markings on it. The GVWR on the load stickers reads 3450 lbs. Im hoping this 3.5 inch lift will work, but want to make sure Im getting the right parts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Without knowing any specifics about the axle it isn't possible to guarantee a fit for a torsion axle on a trailer with a 3,450 lb GVWR.

The Axle Riser Kit - Single Square Torsion Axle # LC382741 is only designed to fit 3500 Series axles and can be fit whether the axle is a side-mount or top-mount.

The other possibility is you have a Dexter #10 Torflex axle, and for that you would need the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-01 as those axles have 2,300 to 4,000-lb capacities. These are compatible with side-mount brackets on the frame and not top-mount, and cannot be used if you have 3" high profile brackets, which will hopefully help you narrow down what is usable for you and what is not.
