The Rola crossbars will work with a Yakima Skybox, but I do want to point out that they are only rated for a max capacity of 110 lbs which will minimize what you can put in the box.
I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 54" # RRVA137B-2, the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and Custom DK Fit Kit # DK228. This rack is rated at 140 lbs capacity giving you the best capacity of all the options for your vehicle. This roof rack will better with your Yakima Skybox.
