The Class III and IV trailer hitches are designed for higher capacity, larger vehicles like SUVs and trucks that have higher towing capacities. The hitches we have for your 2009 Hyundai Genesis are lower in capacity like the Draw Tite Class II part # 36486 which has a 300 lb tongue weight capacity. Best option would be to go with a small trailer if this is the only tow vehicle you have. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out as well. You'll want to check your owners manual for any towing restrictions as well.

You'd also need trailer wiring with the Curt kit part # C56041 to activate the trailer's lighting and then a ball mount like the # 36065 and hitch balls # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or the # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
