The hitch I recommend for your 2018 Toyota RAV4 is the Curt hitch part #C13406 because it's a 2 inch hitch which will work great to carry a bike rack, because it has a concealed crosstube which makes it less visible. I attached an install video for you to check out.
For a bike rack I really like the Saris Freedom Superclamp part # SA4025F.
This is a platform bike rack that only touches the bike at the tires and only weighs 35 lbs. The biggest drawback to platform bike racks has always been the weight of them, but with this rack you get the best of both worlds. The preferred attachment style with the lighter weight.
