Question:
I have part of a brake light cover number. Is it possible to send me a picture before I order?

The code numbers and letters on a light's lens are NOT usually the light's actual part number. Most often the actual manufacturer part number for a light appears on the base portion that is secured to the trailer and the lens has only DOT codes. Please refer to the photo of the item you referenced, part # ST5RB, which shows the part number on the back surface of the light base.
If you need a replacement lens you can refer to the page I linked for you that shows all replacement lens parts in various sizes, shapes and colors. You can click on the shape, size and color you need to narrow down the displayed results to just those items that match your selections.
The red lens for this light is part # A8RB.
