If you have a 2 inch receiver like the Draw-Tite # 75119 that is a good start. There isn't much ground clearance on these carriers so the bottom will be about 11 inches off the ground
Then for your cargo carrier with ramp I recommend the Flint Hill Goods 29x49 Cargo Carrier w/ 60" Long Ramp - 2" Hitches -Aluminum - 500 lbs # FHG69ZR which has the foldable and longer ramp for easier loading and unloading. This carrier weighs 77 lbs. You will need to make sure that loaded you are within the tongue weight capacity of your hitch as well as any manufacturer specifications in your owner's manual.
