Could Lippert Shock Kit LC281281 Fit on Truck with Lift Kit

MY TRAILER HAS BEEN LIFTED 2inch WITH BLOCKS. WILL THIS KIT STILL WORK ON MY APPLICATION IF I GET 2inch LONGER U-BOLTS OR WOULD I NEED TO GET 2inch LONGER SHOCK AS WELL?

The U-bolt length would be the factor if the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Kit # LC281281 is going to fit since the blocks you have (which aren't normally recommended) most likely add additional space between the axle and the springs.
I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Lippert Bolt-On Shock Kit # LC281281 that you referenced and measured a length of right at 7-1/8 inches on the included U-bolts. The threads measure 2 inches in length. I have attached an image to assist. Since I don't know how thick your springs are the best option I have would be to take the measurement info and compare it to your setup to see if the U-bolts would fit.
