Will Aero Shaped Crossbars from Malone for 2018 Toyota RAV4 be Quieter than Square
Question:
I purchased the Malone 58 inch, square rails to fit on my 2018 rav4 from a local shop. They fit great, but the wind noise is driving me crazy. Will these fit well and also reduce the wind noise? Also, I am looking for black, not the silver that you show as available. Thank you,

Expert Reply:
Aero shaped bars are much more aerodynamic than square bars so yes, the Malone AirFlow roof rack # MPG216 would be an excellent option that would be much quieter. Malone does not have a black crossbar so if you wanted a similar roof rack with black crossbars you'd want the part # C18118.
