Question:
My 2019 Volvo XC90 has roof rails that are raised that I need crossbars for. I plan to carry my kayak.

Expert Reply:
The roof rack I recommend for you 2019 Volvo XC90 is the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG216 because this rack has aero shaped crossbars which minimize wind noise, is very easy to install, includes locks, and because the price is incredibly good.
For a kayak carrier I recommend the Yakima JayLow part # Y04073 because it fits the Malone crossbars well, is padded, can fold down when not in use, and if ever needed could easily carry a second kayak.
