It sounds like you are asking if the wheels on your old pop-up camper use the same bolt pattern as the old Ford 5 lug or old Chevy(Holden) 5 lug. If that is the case then I do not know for sure but if I had to take a guess I would say the old Ford 5 lug which is 5 on 4-1/2" would be more prevalent on your trailer than the old Chevy 5 lug which is 5 on 4-3/4". However, in order to be certain you will need to measure using the attached help article.

Please note that vehicle wheels are often larger in diameter and have more of an offset than trailer wheels so it might be best to just replace the wheels on your trailer with ones designed specially for this. Also, if you were planning to use passenger car tires on the trailer you might want to reconsider as passenger tires do not have the sidewall capacity to support a trailer.

Therefore, I recommend a trailer wheel and tire setup like the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel part # AM3S140 which has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern (old Ford) and a load range c rating.
