Can Weight Distribution be Used on Vehicle with Air Suspension Enhancement

Question:

I have been towing a rv travel trailer using a load leveling hitch with no trouble for 5 years. I recently purchased a new 2018 f150 which has RideRite air bags installed. I know that I need to use the load leveling hitch to move weight off the trucks rear axle but, would using the air bags in conjunction with the load leveling hitch improve my ride or help control in any way while towing? Unloaded trailer weight 5500lbs Cargo capacity 2100lbs Hitch weight 610lbs F150 has max towing option 11900lbs payload 2100lbs Load leveling hitch is rated for 1000lbs tongue weight.

You can use weight distribution with air suspension enhancement. The trick is to inflate the bags first to the desired PSI and then go through the setup process of the weight distribution system. The two systems can work great together but typically if you have WD you aren't going to need additional suspension enhancement.
