For your 2018 Honda Civic RS hatchback with sunroof I recommend the Rhino-Rack RS 2500 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Vortex Aero Crossbar - Aluminum # RR78TR which will have more of a factory look with the bars ending in the towers.

If you want more of the aftermarket look, then I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49" Long # RRVA126B-2, 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and Custom DK Fit Kit # DK485. I've attached a video of this roof rack to assist.

Either option will work well with your sunroof, but it is not recommended to use your sunroof with any rooftop accessories installed. You will want to make sure you have clearances when choosing to utilize your sunroof.
