I do have everything that you need to add a 7-way trailer wiring harness to your 2007 Ford F-350 but it sound like the factory trailer wiring on your truck has been modified so I would need you to check a few things in order to make sure we get you the correct parts. The first thing you are going to want to look for is a US car connector pigtail which I have attached a photo of your you. If you have this then all you will need to install a 7-way trailer connector is the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket part # HM40975.
If you do not have the above US car connector pigtail then we will need to wire one in with 4' Pigtail Wiring Harness part # PK11998. If your truck came with a factory 7-way then the wires should be bundled together near the spare tire. If your truck came with a factory 4-way which I am thinking it did then you will have a few of the wires you need already available but for the others (12 volt power, electric brake, and reverse) you will need to reach back a little further and pull them from the pigtail near the spare tire which I have also attached a photo of for you.
Vehicle Side:
Orange = 12 Volt
White = Ground
Black/Green = Reverse
Blue = Brake Output
Yellow = Left Turn/Brake
Green = Right Turn/Brake
Brown = Tail Lights
Pigtail Wiring Harness:
Red - Left Turn and Stop
White - Ground
Blue - Electric Brakes
Green - Right Turn and Stop
Black - Battery
Brown - Running Lamps
Yellow - Backup Lamps
In order to join the two wires together I recommend using both part # DW05745-5 and part # DW05744-5.
