Recommended 7-Way and Brake Controller for a 2019 Nissan Frontier
Question:
What wiring do I need to put a 7-way on my 2019 Nissan Frontier? I currently don't have any trailer wiring on my truck and I am looking to tow a smaller trailer but it has brakes.

The wiring that I recommend installing on your 2019 Nissan Frontier so that you have a fully functioning 7-Way is the Tekonsha T-One # 118266 because it is the most reliable option available. This comes with the wiring and relays needed for the installation but you may be interested in the mounting brackets # PK12711U and # C57202 as well to easily mount the 7-Way.
If you don't already have a brake controller then I recommend going with the Curt Spectrum # C51170 because it is a proportional brake controller that allows you to install it in a variety of locations and the control knob looks similar to other control knobs on your Frontier. This gives you a factory look from an aftermarket brake controller! All you need to complete the install is the Adapter # C51382 which plugs into a connector under your driver's side dash (see attached photo).
I have attached some sample videos that you can check out for both the wiring and the Spectrum brake ctonroller.
