Wiring a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sport

I have an Electronic Tail Light converter for my 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sports,it was design to SIMPLY be plug in and go.Problem is on the tow vehicle I can not find exactly where those plug receivers are.HELPPPPPP.Thank you good people of etrailer.com

For your 1998 Mitsubishi Montero the only wiring fit options that we list are hardwire options, and out manufacturers do not offer a plug and play installation available for your vehicle.

The wiring options that we offer are # C56175, and # 119178KIT. Both of these harness will install the same way and you will have to use a circuit tester like # 3808 to indetify the correct wires you will need to splice into at the rear of your Montero.

The T-one wiring harness 118303 that you referenced is confirmed as a fit for the 2004-2008 Chrysler Pacifica, and is not considered a fit for your Montero.
