Suspension Enhancements for a 2015 Toyota 4Runner with Taller Rear Coil Springs

Question:

Another customer asked about adding taller airbags to taller rear springs in the 2010+ Toyota 4Runners. The recommendation was to get the F6003 airbags to add to the F4135 kits. -quoted response- The closest that is available is the Replacement Air Spring # F6003 which fits the same diameter as the air springs in the kit # F4135 for your OEM springs. Since the F6003 is a replacement bag for the F4121, could you just purchase the F4121 system from the beginning for the 4Runner? Thanks!

In order to make sure that we get the correct Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs for you I would need you to take a few measurements. The measurements I would need are the inside diameter of the coil spring as well as inside height while the vehicle is sitting at ride height and the bump stop is removed. Once you obtain this information I would then be able to make sure you get the correct kit. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to offer any recommendations without these measurements.

If you do not want to go through the trouble of measuring your coil springs then we do still have an option for you in the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TTORSEQ. However, in order to account for the taller rear coil springs you will also need to use one of the Timbren 1" Spacer part # TA25723-90AD00 on each side along with a longer bolt.

I have attached an install video for you as well.
