Your picture didn't make it through but I attached a picture that shows where the brake controller install port would be on a Ford F-53 chassis built in 2011. If this is what you have but no 7-way you can still use it to install a brake controller but you'll have to run a single 10 gauge wire back to the 7-way to carry the brake signal. The correct install harness you need though is the part # 3035-P to connect to it.
The brake controller I recommend is the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 because this brake controller senses the amount of braking your tow vehicle is applying and puts a proportional amount of braking on the trailer's brakes. It also has a display that uses full words instead of codes that would have to be deciphered. It's our best selling brake controller because of how well it works, how reliable it is, and how easy it is to use.
You'll need the adapter part # 37185 too which your 4-way will plug into and will be where you'll connect the 10 gauge wire I mentioned to. Basically you connect the blue wire of this adapter to the blue wire of your controller using the 10 gauge wire. The rest of the controller's wires will connect through the 3035-P.
