For your 2002 Aliner Classic DL, I was not able to find the owners manual. If you go with the information Jeff offered in his answer, then I recommend you go with the Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TT48012C. This tire is rated for 990 lbs at 90 psi and speeds up to 81 mph. It comes with a 2 year warranty. These are 6 ply rated tires for strength and durability both on and off road.
The Bias ply tires # AM10062 you asked from are rated for the same load capacity but only for speeds up to 65 mph max.
I am unsure what you mean by off-road package for that style trailer, so if you want to clarify that I will try to assist. If you just mean transporting onto the campsite, wither tire will work well.
