Recommended Tow Vehicle Protection For Tiffin Motorhome Pulling 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Question:
They all look like great products. I’d like your opinion of the Canadian built “Protect-a-Tow” in lieu of the Tow Defender as it looks like it might better protect the cables and other items mounted on or below the Demco tow bar. Have not quite made a final decision yet. Also, do you sell hood-mounted rock deflectors/windshiile protecors to fit the Jeep Wrangler Unltd?

For your Demco Excali-Bar III Non-Binding Tow Bar # DM9511013, I recommend the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2" Hitches - Matte Black # ERT00108 or the Access Rockstar 3XL Custom Mud Flaps w/Heat Shield for Modified Suspensions - 47" W - Smooth Finish # A10200213 for even more coverage.
Then you can use the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening # RM-4750 which is compatible with the Demco base plates and tow bar.
For a windshield cover, I recommend the Hopkins Heavy-Duty ArcticGuard Snow and Ice Windshield Cover # HM17529. This will allow you to protect your windshield from the elements including helping as another protection barrier for rocks.
