The correct Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch that can be used with the Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch part # RP30158-68 on your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 is part # C16036, not part # C16066. The next question I am sure you are going to have is why would I use a Ford OEM hitch in my Chevy instead of the Chevy OEM hitch. The reason for this is that the Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch has the same puck spacing as the Ford OEM which is why you will need to use a hitch designed for their system.
If you don't already have in-bed wiring then I recommend adding it using the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C56070. This will retain your bumper 7-way and provide you with one in your bed which is needed for a gooseneck or 5th wheel trailer.
I have attached install videos of both the wiring harness and gooseneck hitch for you as well.
