Can Andersen Ultimate Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter be Used with 2019 Ford F-250 Short Bed

Andersen states that the Ultimate Connection part # AM3200 can be used on truck beds that are longer than 6 feet in length. Since the truck bed of your 2019 Ford F-250 measures 6-3/4 feet it would work fine for you. Especially considering the nose of your Keystone Cougar 29rks is tapered and the pin box is extended.
You'd need a set of fifth wheel rails installed in the bed of your truck too though. For that the Reese rail kit part # RP50074-58 is a custom fit and would be your best option. Custom install kits like this install in much less time than universal kits and don't require frame drilling either.
