Can 15 inch Trailer Tire be Replaced with 16 inch Trailer Tire

I have a fithwheel and want to change my present tire 22575r15 to 22575r16 any problem with that

The 16 inch size you mentioned isn't a standard trailer tire size so if the plan was to install a passenger vehicle tire on the trailer that would not be recommended at all. The closest trailer tire size we have to what you need is the 235/80-16 which is 30.9 inches in diameter and 10 mm wider than what you currently have.
As long as the additional size wouldn't cause a clearance issue and your old wheels have a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern a wheel like the Kenda Wheel and Tire part # AM34834 would work well for you. This is the bigger size you wanted and is commonly used to upgrade from a 15 inch wheel like you have.
