Availability of Trailer Tire Size for 10 inch Rim that has 20 inch Overall Diameter

I am looking for a 20inch tire on a 10inch rim that has four lugs on a four inch diameter. Any suggestions

The tire size 205/65-10 has an overall diameter of 20.5 inches so for a tire in this size mounted on a wheel with a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern you'd want the # AM3H410 and you'd be set.
