For your 2018 Toyota Sienna I recommend first starting with the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98853 because of its capacity for towing and ease of use for accessories like a bike rack. It has a hidden crosstube for the cleaner look and also for increased ground clearance. I've attached a photo to help.
Then for your trailer wiring I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118498. This harness will connect to your factory wiring located behind each tail light assembly. The modulite will draw power directly from your vehicle battery to protect your circuit from overdraw and protect your vehicle electronics. If you will be towing a camper with electric brakes, then I recommend also adding the # ETBC7 and a Brake Controller like the Redarc # RED44FR for a clean look and great function.
Then I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10035B for an adjustable ball mount compatible with many trailer coupler heights and having a nice clean storage option to protect your shins. If you want more of a basic ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989900 which comes with two ball mount options and two hitch ball options. This kit has a storage bag for the parts when not in use. You may also want to consider a locking hitch pin like # e98880 to secure your investment.
I've attached some videos to further assist.
