Troubleshooting License Plate Camera System on 2003 GMC Savana
Question:
I think the 03 vs the 07 are pretty much the same but it doesnt fit. I have to remove the license plate light?

If the license plate light is in the way of the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002 you can simply turn it upside down. This will require inverting the camera as well but with the adjustable camera and sensors you will be able to customize the view.
