If you are talking about D-Rings on your 2016 Jeep JK Wrangler OEM bumper then you simply need to measure the distance between your bumper mounts. If it is 7/8" then use part # BX88357 but if it is 1" use part # BX88358 instead.

If you have the OEM bumper and want a base plate kit the correct one for your Blue Ox tow bar is part # BX1126 on our site. This is compatible as long as you don't have the Hard Rock Edition of a 75th Anniversary model. I have attached an installation video and the written instructions of this on a 2016 Wrangler for you to reference as well as a photo of this installed so you can get an idea of what it looks like.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
