With the information on your vehicle provided, you will have a towing capacity of 10,350 lbs. Your 1995 Tahoe has a curb weight of 4,780 lbs, so when you add the weight of your enclosed trailer, I do recommend using a weight distribution system, but you will be fine to tow as long as you are under that max towing capacity.
Based on that information, the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37120ET. This system will work well for total tongue weights between 800 and 1200 lbs. The total tongue weight is the loaded trailer tongue weight along with any cargo behind the rear axle of your Ram. I've attached an article and some videos to assist. This system comes with a hitch ball, but you will need the thin walled socket # ALL643216.
For a system that is even better at controlling sway, I recommend the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control # RP66084. This system uses dual cam brackets to help control sway with the hot rolled spring bars. This system is rated for total tongue weights between 600 and 1200 lbs. This will require drilling into your trailer frame for installation, but I believe it is a superior system. You will also need a hitch ball with this system like # 19286.
