For your Bobcat Skid Steer clearing heavy snow, I recommend using the Buyers Products 24-LED Mini Light Bar - Magnetic Mount - Rectangular - Amber # 3378891040 along with the 12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps # RM-9332. This will allow you to be seen and it is durable and bright especially when reflecting off snow.
If you want lights to better see in front of you, we don't have a magnetic option, but I recommend the Buyers Products Rectangular Flood Light - 5-3/4" x 2" - LED - 1,620 Lumens # 3371492135. I'm sure you could make this work with the Magnetic Mounting Kit for Wesbar Agriculture Lights # W002590.
