Replacement Trailer Tire in Size ST225/75R15 with Higher Speed Rating

Question:

Can I Replace ST225/75R15C tires on my 5th wheel travel trailer with the a higher speed rated tire and use the same wheel? Or would I need to upgrade the rims as well as the tires.

Trailer wheels don't have speed ratings like the tires do so you could easily just replace the tires you have and have a higher overall speed rating. The Provider trailer tire part # TR225LRE is the size you need of ST225/75R15 and it has a speed rating of 81 mph.
