Bracket Kit Recommendation to Install Reese 5th Wheel Rails in bed of 2004 Dodge Ram 3500

Question:

04 dodge 3500 srw short box i have a 16k reese pro series 5th wheel sliding hitch and rails. what i am wanting to know is will my old rails work and if so can the frame brackets and hardware be purchased separately with out the rails ? thanks

We have just what you are looking for to install your current Reese rails and fifth wheel hitch in your 2004 Dodge Ram 3500. What you need is the Reese bracket kit # RP50140 which comes with brackets that are custom fit for your 2004 Dodge Ram. You'll also need the hardware kit part # RP58504 which connects the rails to the brackets. You may have this already but these kits are considered one-time use so it's important you replace them as well.
