For a 5th wheel hitch that is a confirmed fit for the factory puck system in your 2018 Ford F-350 Dually, I have two options for you which will be dependant on bed length.
If you have the 6-3/4' bed then I recommend using the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch part # DM8550024. The best feature about the Autoslide is just that, it will automatically slide back away from the cab while making a sharp turn. This is going to ensure that you do not have contact between the cab of the tow vehicle and loft of the trailer. If you were to use a standard sliding 5th wheel hitch then you would need to exit the vehicle to release the sliding mechanism and then again once the turn is complete to lock the sliding mechanism back into position.
If you have the 8' bed then I recommend using the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3300 which is largely considered to be one of the best on the market. The reason it is considered to be one of the best is because it has dual 1" thick jaws which are going to hold the kingpin tight and reduce chucking and jarring. It also has a removable head which means you can break down the hitch into two pieces for removal.
I have attached a review video of each option for you as well.
