Recommended Towing Enhancements for 2018 Ford F-150
Question:
Hey there. I tow a couple bumper trailers with my 2018 Ford F-150. Just looking to improve the experience and performance a bit. What kinds of things do you recommend? Air bags, etc?

To greatly improve your towing experience with your 2018 Ford F-150 I do recommend starting with a suspension enhancement system.
For this the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582 will work perfectly. The Firestone air springs feature a double-convoluted construction that allow for a more durable design than other brand air springs on the market. These particular springs have a 4,800 pound load-leveling capacity and because they can be adjusted from 5 psi to 100 psi you are guaranteed to have a smooth, level ride whether you are hooked up to your trailer with the bed loaded or you're simply going on a Sunday drive without a single piece of cargo loaded.
I have attached an installation video on the 2016 F-150 that you can use for reference.
I also recommend considering the addition of a compressor kit like the Firestone Air Command I # F2158 so you can adjust the air springs from the comfort of your cab.
Another item I recommend adding is a transmission cooler like the excellent Derale Series 8000 # D13503. This plate-fin style cooler will use its 3/4 inch wide turbulator plates to efficiently cool down the transmission when your truck is working hard to pull your trailers. This will not only prolong the life of your transmission but it will also improve the overall performance of your F-150.
I have again attached an installation video that you can check out.
