Titan BrakeRite I Not Working with 2019 Ford F-350

Question:

i replaced the main control box, the battery, tested the hyd brake pump and does run with direct power from another source and it still does work when plugged into the truck the lights all work just no brakes also when i pull the emergency brake away nothing happens any help, maybe a bad controller ?

The most likely culprit here is going to be the 12 volt power circuit on the 7-way of your 2019 Ford F-350. What we find on the newer F-Series trucks is that the circuit is not active when the vehicle is turned on. You need to either have the trailer connected or go through the on-screen setup and turn on the tow/haul feature in order for the 12 volt power circuit to activate. Therefore, I recommend checking the 7-way trailer connector on your F-350 for power. If the 12 volt circuit has power then you will need to make sure the your factory integrated brake controller is in the electric over hydraulic mode.

Please let me know once both of these steps are completed and if the issue still remains.
