Question:
I love the van but the orignal springs suck. Will these springs fit my 05 1500 express.

The first thing I would do is check that the suspension on your 2005 Chevy Express Van is in good working order. Suspension enhancement products are designed for systems that are in good working order.
The springs you referenced will not fit a 2005 model. But, depending on the problem you are having there are products that will fit. I would go with a Timbren system for the front, # TGMFK15A, and rear, # TGMRG25C. What these systems will do for you is prevent bottoming out, provide extra support for the factory system, reduce roll, and help keep the vehicle level.
