Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2018 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
Recommended trailer hitch for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma? Not sure what fits or what would be best for my Tacoma.

I recommend installing the Curt Class III trailer hitch # 75238 because it sits about 2" closer to the rearmost part of your bumper. This gives you more clearance for towing and using accessories.
If you are going to be using it for towing you also need wiring and a ball mount kit. I recommend going with the Curt T-Connector # C56349 for a 4-Way Flat connector or the Tekonsha # 22117 if you need a 7-Way connector because we have found the Tekonsha wiring to be the most reliable. The 7-Way kit comes with the wiring needed for a brake controller like the popular Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR. If you already have wiring then you should just need the adapter # 3031-S to install this controller.
Then for a ball mount kit I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS20049B. This gives you up to 7-1/2" of drop/rise and has the ability to stow under your trailer hitch for a clean look. This feature is also a great way to keep from hitting your shins on the ball mount when not in use. I recommend using the lock # C23025 to help deter theft of this as well.
Attached are some installation videos for you to check out.
