Turret on Sidewinder Will Not Rotate By Hand
Question:
I installed the the turret to part number RP61412 it was very tight and took some work to get it in place now once in place the turret does not move. I used a generous amount of grease. Is this normal? Once installed on the trailer and hitched to the truck will it function as it should? Thanks.

Don't worry. The turret on a Sidewinder pivoting pin box is going to be stiff when you try to rotate it by hand. This is normal and correct. The force of the trailer's weight will have no trouble with the turret and it will operate properly if installed according to the instructions.
