The Tekonsha Prodigy RF # TK94FR can be used on your second trailer to power its brakes. The main requirements for the Prodigy are that it have a 12V power feed at a 7-way on the rear of the first trailer and that the control box be mounted on the second trailer in one of the locations shown in the linked diagram. If you need a 7-way socket for the back of the first trailer you can use an item like # HM48470 which has screw terminals for making all of the 7-way connections for power, turn signals, etc. For jacketed 7-way cable use part # DW04914-1 which is sold by the foot, along with Quick Splice Wire Connectors # SWC501915-1. A trailer wiring guide is linked for reference.

I recommend using the preferred location shown; be sure the RF's cable faces forward, toward the first trailer. This location will allow the internal accelerometer to detect the deceleration of the tow vehicle and first trailer which will in turn trigger its output to the second trailer's electric drum brakes.

Because the Prodigy RF is a proportional type controller it will apply the second trailer's brakes to slow it at the same rate as the tow vehicle and first trailer.
