In order to flat tow your 2019 Honda Fit with all 4 wheels on the ground you will need a base plate kit, a tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, and a supplemental braking system.
Starting with the base plates I recommend the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-521571-5. I like this kit a lot because it doesn't need an obtrusive crossbar to connect with the RV and the hidden brackets allow for a really clean look when you aren't towing.
For a compatible tow bar that will work great I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain # RM-522. This is an excellent non-binding tow bar that features extra-long telescoping arms for better maneuverability and a self-aligning design that lets you simply hook up and drive foward to lock the arms in place. For safety cables the Roadmaster # RM-643 will work perfectly.
Then for a lighting solution I recommend the Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will let you wire the Honda Fit so that it accepts the signal lights from your RV when towing while also preventing any feedback. It includes a 6-Way that you will mount to the front of the vehicle and enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on the RV.
When flat towing your Honda Fit a couple of fuses need to be pulled (check your owner's manual). To simplify this process I recommend adding the FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511 and # RM76512, which will allow you to disconnect the fuses with the flip of a switch.
For a supplemental braking system I highly recommend the SMI Stay-In-Play DUO # SM99251. This is an excellent proportional system that will activate the brakes on the vehicle at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in the RV. A great thing about this system is that after the initial installation it will require very little attention as you transition back and forth between towing and every day driving. You will need to add the Brake-Lite Relay # RM-88400 to prevent the Honda Fit's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
Lastly, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep your tow bar in the "Safe Zone" (3 inches above or below level). I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the right one for your setup along with a link that will take you to our available selection.
I have also included instructions and video demonstrations on the products mentioned that you can check out.
