All of the Class III trailer hitches for your 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan are actually pretty similar. I recommend going with the etrailer.com # E98854 trailer hitch as it has the most bumper clearance (which is great for accessories) and has a matte finish which holds up much better against scratches from road debris.
The Draw-Tite # 75579 and Curt # 13364 are the most common manufacturers that customers ask us to compare. These trailer hitches install the same way and sit in relatively the same location but the center of the hitch pin hole on the Curt sits 5" from the rearmost part of the bumper on a 2018 Grand Caravan which is 1" further than the Draw-Tite. Since the etrailer.com trailer hitch has the exact same specs as the Curt this makes it the best option due to that matte finish I referenced.
If you don't already have a bike rack then I recommend the Yakima FullSwing # Y02465. This bike rack can carry up to 4 bikes with a combined weight of 160 lbs and it has the ability to swing out of the way and give you unrestricted access to your rear hatch area. This bike rack comes with bike and rack locks which are integrated so you can have peace of mind about your equipment and you don't have to keep track of extra parts.
Attached are some installation and review videos for you to check out.
