Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver Compatibility with Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier
Question:
Hi, Does the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 # 24966, which is a class 1, take any cargo carriers? I dont need a super beefy one, but does class 1 mean its not able to have any cargo carrier? Thank you!

The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 24966 does limit your cargo carrier options, but there are still a few compatible options. You will simply need to note that the hitch is rated for 200 lbs tongue weight which will limit your carrying capacity when using a cargo carrier that will be rated higher and you will need to subtract the carrier weight from that 200 lb capacity.
We have the following options:
17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18145 (weighs 29 lbs)
19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18110 (weighs 30 lbs)
20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155 (weighs 44 lbs)
I've attached videos of each option to assist.
