There are several different factors that can cause a trailer tire to blowout which I am sure you are aware of but I will go over them for you anyhow. The most common of which is improper filling. Trailer tires need to be filled to the maximum psi listed on the side wall in order retain their maximum weight capacity. The next potential cause is weight capacity. You will need to be sure that the weight of the trailer and all of it's cargo is below the total weight allowed for the tires, preferably you have a safety margin too.
The next thing you can check and what most people overlook is speed rating. All trailer tires will all have a speed rating which you will need to abide by. If you exceed the speed rating of your tires they will build heat much greater than the tire is capable of handing which causes a blowout. If not stated on the tire the speed rating will be 65 mph.
Finally, if all of the above has truly been checked and gone over you may just want to consider switching to a better trailer tire like the Goodyear Endurance. These tires are top of the line and one of the very few that are still made in the USA. I have attached a list of the sizes we offer if this is something you are interested in.
