Gooseneck Hitch Adapter Recommendation for 2012 Ram 3500 with Reese Elite Rail Kit

We just have picked up this finally from a nearby dealershipused vehicles Dept . The truck already has a Reese 18k signature series fifth wheel hitch installed w/underbed rail kit . The rails on installed kit accept ,what I think are called “pucks??” , Into flush almost flush mount mounted slots When removing /installing fifth wheel setup you pull locking pins , one on each side, then reach under fifth wheel near the bed surface and fold inward 2 small flat handles that in turn the “ pucks” , allowing them to be released Will the Spyder gooseneck hitch adapter work with the “puck type “ installation rail kit , will it lock in like 5th wheel

Your 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 has a Reese Elite rail kit installed in it. The correct adapter you need to convert the rail kit to a gooseneck ball is the Reese Elite adapter part # RP30845.
