Powered A-frame jacks have weight ratings that are based on the amount of tongue weight they can lift and are often way overrated for the trailers they are installed on. For example the Ultra Fab powered jack part # UF38-944017 that you referenced has a lifting capacity of 3,500 lb which would easily be enough for your trailer that weighs 3,600 lbs and most likely has a tongue weight of 360 lbs.

My favorite powered jack to recommend is the Stromberg Carlson # SC63VR jack is rated for 4500 pounds. This is more than you need, so it means the motor will work with ease and may be quicker. It also shuts off automatically before topping or bottoming out. Other jacks will allow you to go too far with the jack but in doing so you damage the threads of the screw. There are some that are rated lower and cost less, but this one feature is worth it.

It has a lifting capacity of 4,500 lbs which would be more than you'd need but will ensure that the jack will operate quickly and last a long time.
