whats the difference in the timbrens for my 18 RAM 1500 which ONE do i get

The correct Timbren kit for your 2018 Ram 1500 depends on the truck's cab length. The gap between the frame and bump stop's contact point is larger on the regular cab models.
If your truck has a Regular cab the you want to go with part # TDR1500DS. If not instead use part # TDR1500DQ.
Finally, part # TDRTT1500 is designed to be used under constant load like if you have a truck bed camper or a tow truck.
